Q: What is the Date and Time of the Festival?
A: September 11, 2021, 10am-5pm
Q: How do I get to RSBF?
A: Officially, the address is: 3109 Lovelake Rd (Bourdon Ranch Road), Taylor, AZ 85939. here is a link on Google Maps.
Q: When is load In?
A: You are welcome to show up at the property any time after 7:00am of the day- However, if you come too early, you may get roped into the daily animal feeding routine. All Vendors NEED to be on site NO Later than 9:00am, or you may not have a space available for you.
Q: Is there power?
A: Vendors will not have access to power unless you supply a bettery power supply of your own.
Q: Is there WiFi?
A: Vendors will not have access to a wifi net unless you bring a mobile hotspot. Our understanding is thet Verizon has the best coverage of the area.
Q: How many people should I expect to attend?
A: We are expecting 200+, based on similar events that the Sanctuary has hosted in 2021.
Q: Who is coodinating where we set up?
A: Check in with Sanctuary staff upon arrival, who will direct vendors to parking and setup areas.
Great Spirit Animal Sanctuary Related
Q: Do I need to bring anything for the Great Spirit Animal Sanctiuary?
A: No, you do not need to bring anything specifically for the Sanctuary.
- Your booth vending fee, minus processing fees, is being donated to the Sanctuary.
- You are welcome to bring an additional donation if you would like.
Q: Can I see the Animals?
A: Oh, you'll see the animals. Or, more likely, they will come and check you out. We had a couple particularly adventurous goats that spend the day among the vendors. But all of the animals are accessible, so make time to spend with them and learn about their stories.
Q: I'd like to register more than one vending space, but only 1 "Plus" item, how do I do that?
A: Just go ahead and purchase ONLY the spaces that you would like. We will send you a follow up email once you have registered and you can let us know the additional "Plus" you would like and we will send you a separate invoice for that. Please know that invoice must be paid before we begin work on your additional items.
Q: Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend?
A: Anthology, Inc. does not offer refunds. Please be sure that you are able to attend before you commit to the registration.
Q: Registration is full, but I would like to vend. What can I do?
Social Media Post Sponsorship Questions
Q: What Network is the sponsorship on?
A: The ads will run primarily on Facebook, unless the sponsor has a preference and that network provides an advertising opportunity.
Q: How is the sponsor recognized?
A: The sponsor is recognized in the last sentence of the text portion of the ad with a linked tag as "The Message sponsored by 'xx'."
Q: When does the ad run?
A: Ads will be scheduled, first come, first scheduled, starteing the week CLOSEST to the Festival and working BACKWARDS. Ads will run one week each.
Blog Interview Sponsorship Questions
Q: How many questions is the interview
A: The Question sheet will have 5 questions, based on the author and the book(s) the author is looking to draw attention to.
Q: What attributions are included?
A: A picture of the book will be included in the post, as will a bio picture of the Author (both provided by the author).
Q: When is the interview posted?
A: The interviews will be scheduled based on first come first served as timed to publish on regular intervals. All interview posts will be shared to Anthology social media.
Video (Zoom or Live) interview Questions
Q: How Long is the interview?
A: 4-7 minutes.
Q: What questions are asked?
A: The interviewee is provided a questionnaire in advance that provides the basis for the interview questions.
Q: Where will the interview appear?
A: The interview will appear on the Anthology YouTube Page, as well as the Roadside Book Festival Website and all relevant social media.
Featured Book Cover Questions
Q: How does the feature work?
A: There are 4 positions at the top of the site for book covers to appear in. Each time a page of the site in loaded into a browser, 4 book covers will be chosen to display to website visitors. Over time, the book covers in each position will show an equal number of times.
Q: How big should the book Cover be?
A: 250 pixels by 375 pixels should be the overall image size. Format provided to the festival can be PDF, PNG, JPG or GIF. Animated gif is not acceptable.
Q: Where can it link?
A: It will link to the location of the sponsor.
Q: How long will it run?
A: It will run until March 31, 2022.
Q: How many books can I feature?
A: You may purchase individual sponsorships for up to 4 titles. ONLY registered vendors may sponsor book covers.
